The following list is intended to be a starting point in answering some of the frequently asked questions people have when looking at fractional ownership or investment properties. By no means is this a complete list - and if you have more to add, please contact us and let us know.

There are two ways to book your reservation at a Luxus property. You can either book online using our owner login, or you can contact one of our reservation specialists to make the booking for you.
Our ratio of 5 Partners to 1 home ratio is one of the very best in the industry. Under Luxus' innovative reservation system, we anticipate a maximum occupancy rate of 75 per cent (an average of all properties). This guarantees Partners incredible flexibility when booking holidays. There will also be a fair and equitable reservation plan for booking properties in peak seasons.
Yes! Ultimately, the investment property selection process is driven by the demand of the Partners. Surveys will be conducted on a regular basis to determine which future locations and amenities should be considered.
Yes! The majority of Luxus' properties are located in areas where there is convenient access to parks, pools and kids programs. Plus, each vacation home will be outfitted with kid-friendly activities, such as a Play Station 3 and board games. Your concierge can also assist you in arranging childcare.
Since Luxus is structured as a Limited Liability Partnership, investors can be either an individual or a business entity. Please consult with your financial advisor to determine the best option for you. (Visit fractional ownership to see how Luxus has taken this concept to the next level.)
When you purchase investment property with Luxus, you will be purchasing units in an equity fund where the values of those units are tied directly to the value of Luxus' assets. In order to ensure that the values of the assets are accurate and unbiased, Luxus will be contracting third parties to appraise those assets annually.
If you no longer wish to be a part of Luxus, you are entitled to sell your ownership interest at any time. LIG will facilitate that sale for a fee of 6 per cent of the current value of your units. In order to maintain consistent growth in Luxus, we will have 2-in-1-out policy for the sale of units. Units can only be sold through the General Partner, LIG.
Each year LIG will estimate all costs associated with the operation of Luxus. This budget will be divided pro-rata to the Partners depending on their ownership interest and will be billed out quarterly in advance.
The value of your investment is directly tied to the value of the real estate. Therefore, as the real estate appreciates, so does your investment.
Anyone can stay at the properties, as long as they are accompanied by a Partner or an approved user. Partners are not permitted to sell or give away their time. The number of people allowed to stay at each residence will be limited to the size of each property. These guidelines are available on the property information sheets.
